Edinburgh Socialives is a not-for-profit social and activities club for professional & like-minded people living or working in Edinburgh and its environs. It is run by the members for the members. We currently have about 70 members, with the average age being around 55yrs. We would particularly like to welcome anyone who is new to the area (or is returning back to their 'home' town after college/university) & is in need of an 'instant social life.'
We are mostly singles but couples are also welcome.
We arrange social, recreational and culture events. There's normally a wide range to choose from: Cycling, Theatre, Cinema, Meals, Country walks, Pub nights, Games, Dancing & much, much more. Of course, if there's something particular you'd like to do, you can always host an event yourself!
We have a Pub Night every Thursday, with the last Thursday being a Club night when the new programme is issued. This takes place in a central pub from around 8:00pm. This is a drink and chat session - a chance to catch up on what's happening
