| Welcome to Portsmouth Inter-Varsity Club, the premier Social Club in South East Hampshire. We are affliliated to the Association of IVCs which gives our members access to events organised by other IVCs. Portsmouth IVC is a club for local graduates and professionals (single and married) that offers the opportunity for a wide choice of social events including: Parties, Pubs, Meals Out, Special Themed Events, 10-Pin Bowling, Dancing, Pub Quizzes, Walks, Visits, Cycle Rides, Barbecues, Badminton, 5-A-Side Football and more! We have members from all over the South-East Hampshire area - Cowplain, Horndean, Havant, Waterlooville, Portchester, Fareham, Gosport, Southsea and Portsmouth (of course). Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18 who is interested in expanding their social life, having fun, making new friends and taking part in activities within a group. Friendly, sociable people with a wide range of interests and a broad outlook on life. We are always keen to welcome new people along, especially those who contribute event ideas, and that's the reason why the club has remained fresh and busy during its 33 year existence! People interested in joining are invited to come along to our club nights held every Thursday at a pub in the Portsmouth area. These are the best times to find out about our events for the weeks ahead and to mix with other new people too!
