Activity Exchange uses Cookies to remember that you have logged on. This means you cannot logon unless Cookies are Enabled on your Computer. If you can logon to Activity Exchange then your Cookies must be working OK and you do not need to do anything. If you are using Internet Explorer, and Cookies are being blocked, then you will see the following little indicator at the bottom right of your Browser window. (Do not worry if you see this on the Activity Exchange Home page. Cookies from Google and PayPal are blocked on this page) This is how to enable Cookies on Internet Explorer 6 and 7. For other browsers please see this Google Guide. 1. Go to the Tools menu option at the top of your browser window and select "Internet Options...". ![]() 2. Click on the "Privacy" tab. If there isn't a Privacy tab then you can't Enable Cookies on this computer. This will probably be because you are using a Computer supplied by your company or other large organisation that you work for and they have specifically locked-down this setting. ![]() 3. If this Privacy setting is the cause of the problem then it will be set to to "Block All Cookies". If it is not then Cookies are not being blocked by Internet Explorer and so must be being blocked by some other means. Please consult your system administrator or, if a private home conection, your ISP. ![]() 4. Set Privacy to "High" or lower. This will allow your browser to keep cookies for Activity Exchange and so allow you to log on. ![]() 5. Return to the passwords browser window and click the refresh icon at the top. You should now be able to enter your password information. ![]() |
