Activity Exchange can now hold a list of people for your club.

This is mainly meant for holding a list of club officials and their details but it does have other purposes. It will hold Job Title (eg Chairman), Name, Phone Numbers (Home, Work and Mobile) and Email Address. All these are optional.

The details of each Person can be Public so that anyone can see them, Private so that only club members can see them or Hidden so that only the people running the club can see them. These three levels of visibility can be set individually for each item of information. The Email Address can be specifically hidden which still allows emails to be sent using the Web Page which does not reveal the actual email address.

You can use the list of people to control who gets sent what passwords each month. You can set a person to receive by email full details of each new Activity.
|
|
|
If you set up an Email Group and add it as a Person then you can send Passwords and Full Activity details to that Email Group. As long as the list of people on that email list is controlled then this is a safe way of distributing information.

To use this feature simply go to your clubs page on Activity Exchange and click on the Add Person link.
