Setting up PayPal in Activity Exchange

Q. How do I setup PayPal for my Club on Activity Exchange?
A. This is very easy. Simply go to your Clubs page on Activity Exchange, click on "Edit Club" and then on "PayPal Options". Fill in your clubs PayPal email address and click on "Update Club Information". That's it.

Q. Is there any other setup I should do?
A. You should make sure that at least one person is a member of the Money Admin Group so that they receive the PayPal Reports from Activity Exchange. It is recommended that you make sure your Treasurer is a member of this group.

Q. How do I control what my Club will accept PayPal payments for?
A. Simply select which of the choices you want. In the current release of PayPal functionality you can choose whether or not to accept payments for Activities and for Membership Renewals.

Q. Can I turn off PayPal for specific Activities?
A. Yes you can. When you Add an Activity there is a tick box for accepting online payments. This is selected by default, whoever is adding the Activity can untick it.

Q. Can I control what Reports are sent?
A. You can do this also from the PayPal Options age.
